"Whatever it takes" doesn't mean we make promises we can't keep. It means we put our skin in the game. Your success becomes ours. We prefer a participation over a fixed price, and we believe hourly rates are not in anyone's favor. We engage anywhere — strategy and basic operational work — and use the tools and techniques that get you unstuck.

Partnership, not a project engagement

We become partners.

We see a long-term relationship, not a project engagement. What success means, and how effort and benefit relate, we agree individually.

Participation: if we participate, there's no hourly billing. Because then our share is how we measure our success. No retainer either. It's in our own interest that your business works.

  • Startups: we come in like a business angel investing know-how instead of capital.
  • Established SMEs and scale-ups: a relationship of trust that lasts beyond the critical point. If something comes up later, even something small, you call us.

Fixed price: if you don't want us to participate. An agreed result at a fixed price.

Honest scarcity: every participation is a long-term commitment. That's why we take on only a limited number participations per year.

Assessments always at a fixed price: we offer evaluations and assessments (e.g. Agentic Decision Assurance) only at a fixed price. Whoever has a stake in the outcome shouldn't also be the one assessing it.

Who is this for?

For founders and executives of SMEs, startups and scale-ups at a critical point: in a turnaround, while building the foundation, or while scaling. For leaders whose own knowledge isn't enough for the next step, and who have no buffer for experiments.

Are you an IT consultancy?

Not in the usual sense. We get everything that involves technology under control, but the goal is your business, not the technology. We don't sell consulting days or development hours. We sell an agreed result.

Do you also build software for us?

If it's needed, yes, up to the complete development. Not as a contractor selling hours or headcount, but because your situation calls for it. We make sure things move forward. We build so that your team or a partner can carry on without us afterwards.

Why pay if your methods are freely available?

Because knowledge is free, but understanding isn't. You can read and apply everything yourself, and some people do exactly that. At a critical point, what's usually missing isn't knowledge but the time to work out what matters in your situation. That's what you pay us for, and we stand behind the result through a fixed price or a results share.

What does it cost?

We agree that individually. If we participate, there's no hourly billing, because then our share is how we measure our success. If you don't want us to participate, we work at a fixed price.

What does "success" mean?

We agree that individually with you, as well as how effort and benefit relate. Typical examples: time from idea to decision, time from finished change to live operation, defects after releases, escalations to management, or cost and hours in a clearly defined process.

When does participation make sense?

When we both think long term. For startups, we come in like a business angel investing know-how instead of capital. For established SMEs and scale-ups, we share in the success. If we participate, there's no hourly billing and no retainer, because then our share is how we measure our success. We take only a limited number of participations per year.

What happens if the result isn't achieved?

Then you pay us nothing. If we participate, we carry the risk with you anyway.

How can you afford that?

Because we look closely first. We only become partners where we believe in the success.

Do we need AI expertise or a particular technology?

No. We work with your existing systems and tools. The ACD base, for example, is set up in one day, even if nobody on your team has ever built software.

Will we depend on you afterwards?

No. What we introduce belongs to you and keeps running without us. We're still glad to stay your partner: if something comes up later, even something small, call us.
