What this means
We don't start with a workshop or a slide deck. We get into the work with you: the stuck project, the unstable release path, the decisions that keep bouncing upstairs. From there we see what is actually true, decide what to stop or change, and make the change stick by doing it.
Sometimes that means taking a temporary leadership seat — for example in a turnaround or as COO on a clear mandate. Often it means working side by side until the system runs without us. Either way: results over presence.
When it fits
- Turnaround: things can't go on like this. Projects are burning money, systems are unstable or your supplier is a black box, and you need someone who clarifies the situation, decides and delivers right away. → Turnaround on the homepage
- Scaling without a COO: everything runs through you and operational leadership is missing. We take it on until the role is filled or the structures hold.
- Leadership gap: a role is vacant and the area can't stand still in the meantime.
- Stalled initiative: a critical project is stuck and needs clear ownership, priorities and a credible path to results again.
- Executing a decision: an important leadership decision has been made and needs turning into concrete moves and a workable operating rhythm.
As a partner, not by the hour
We take on responsibility with clear authority and a clear goal. At the end, your company runs without us. We stay your partner all the same: if something comes up later, even something small, we're there.
Billing: if we participate, there's no hourly billing, because then our share is how we measure our success. If you don't want us to participate, we agree terms individually.
