Before an AI agent can no longer be undone: a clear traffic light.

There are moments when decisions about an AI agent become hard to reverse: budget, scope, go-live, further development. That's exactly where we assess, in a structured way and based on evidence, and give you a clear recommendation.

Always at a fixed price per agent.

No result? No charge!

Four checkpoints

  1. Viability and reversibility: is the initiative fundamentally viable, and is there still a way out?
  2. Scope and risk: is it scoped so it can realistically succeed?
  3. Execution readiness: are controls, ownership and operating conditions adequate to proceed?
  4. Sustainment and change: can your organisation keep the agent accountable as it and your business change?

What you get at every checkpoint

  • Traffic light: a clear signal for management
  • Risk register: the key risks and their implications
  • Action items: concrete next steps with owners (execution stays with the initiative)
  • Recommendation: proceed, stop, adjust or consciously accept the risk

Why always fixed price

Whoever shares in the result shouldn't assess it at the same time. That's why Agentic Decision Assurance comes only at a fixed price: one amount per agent covering all four checkpoints, agreed individually. No hourly billing, no open-ended mandate, no participation.

The same rule applies: No result? No charge!

If we helped design or implement the system under review, we say so upfront, and the assessment isn't described as independent. We don't assess initiatives in which we hold a participation.

FAQ

Do you also implement the actions? Not as part of the assessment. If you want support with that, we agree it separately, and an assessment of the same agent is then no longer considered independent.

Agentic Decision Assurance does not replace a certified third-party audit.
