You don't pay for us being available. You pay for things being resolved.
Some decisions you can't hand off, but you shouldn't make them alone either. We see a long-term relationship, not a project engagement. Ideally as a partner with a stake: if we participate, there's no hourly billing, because then our share is how we measure our success, and you don't need a retainer. If you don't want us to participate but want us at your side for the long run, the results retainer is the way. You pay for resolved bottlenecks and decisions made.

How it works
- At the start of the quarter we agree which bottlenecks are to be resolved and which decisions made.
- During the quarter we work with TOP Structure and VXS as a shared lens for management, board and teams: candid, focused on consequences, including when it's uncomfortable. In critical moments we're there at short notice.
- At the end of the quarter what counts is what's done. Anything unresolved costs you nothing.
What counts as "resolved"
- A named bottleneck is removed, and you notice it, for example in fewer escalations or shorter lead time.
- A pending decision is made, reasoned and recorded, including the decision not to do something.
Boundaries

Billing
Per quarter, for bottlenecks resolved and decisions made. Terms are agreed individually. And if the relationship later turns into participation, the retainer ends.
