Ideas · DEAD Prototypes

Don't start with a project. Start with proof.

A DEAD Prototype is a cheap executable interpretation of what you currently think is true— built so people can attack it before it acquires budget, status, and momentum.

Describe. Execute. Attack. Discover.

  • Describe Enough to be wrong—from evidence, not from a workshop about the universe.
  • Execute Build something runnable before the nouns become official.
  • Attack Hit process, data, systems, and assumptions—while it is still cheap to insult.
  • Discover What the organization actually is. Sometimes: that nothing is needed.

What DEAD is worth

Wrong process? Good.

Missing data? Good.

ERP can't support it? Excellent.

Now we know something worth paying for.

When building software and agents stops being the expensive part, the waste moves upstream— into plans, budgets, and polite consensus about things nobody has tried.

DEAD kills stupid solutions before they become projects. That is the product. The book is the durable explanation of the method.

How an engagement starts

Bring one annoying piece of work you currently do yourself—or a change everyone is theorizing about. We build the first executable interpretation with you, attack it, and follow what breaks outward into management (CARE), delivery (ACD), organization (TOP), and direction (VXS) only as needed.

We are not selling a transformation programme with a DEAD sticker on it. We are selling the cheapest way to discover what is actually true.

Bring us something that annoys you.

Half an hour. If we can't make the problem more concrete, you shouldn't hire us.
